yo- quiero (I want) nosotros, nosotras--queremos (we want)
tú-quieres (you want) vosotros, vosotras-queréis (you-Spain-want)
él-quiere (he wants) ellos--quieren (they want)
ella-quiere (she wants) ellas--quieren (they want)
Usted-quiere (you want) ustedes-quieren (you all latin American want)
Examples:
Quiero Taco Bell --I want Taco Bell
Quiero estudiar contigo (I want to study with you)
¿Quieres ir al cine? Do you want to go to the movies?
Quiero ir al cine. I want to go to the movies
¿Quieres comer la comida china? Do you want to eat chinese food
No quiero (I dont want to )
¿Qué quieres hacer? What do you want to do?
Quiero correr. I want to run
No quiero hacer la tarea. I don't want to do the homwork
Remember the verb ser and how it changed depending on the subject? The same thing happens with ALL verbs in Spanish. This is why our subject pronouns are CRITICAL! If you dont know who you are talking about, you don't know how to conjugate verb.
