Tarea durante las vacaciones (Homework during Fall Break)
You have a few things to do for Fall Break, don't forget!
1) Make flash cards for column 1 verbs. You may do a hard copy or a quizlet set. You will USE them in class and OUT to study for those tests. It will help you, I promise. I will grade it. So do it now. It won't take long! If you do them on quizlet, you can play games AND print them out. So I prefer that.
2) Get Pizza Project pictures. We will do the writing on Monday/Tuesday. You need 3 pics for each section
1) Yo soy (I am ....)
2) Mi mejor amigo (amiga) es... (My bff is)
3) _____ y yo somos (_____ and I are .... ) **Insert a name (friend, celeb, parent, whoever. we are...)
4) ____ y ____ son (___ and ____ are) **Insert names (friends, celeb, whoever. They are...)
3) Record Poem. Pick 1 poem from handout. Record yourself reading the poem in PhotoBooth. I will give you time to put it in my dropbox, but not to record after Fall Break. Please remember it is a poem. Read it like one. I'd rather you make mistakes than read it with a long lag between words. Make it sound natural. The monotone is boring. Make sure I can HEAR you--speak LOUDLY. I will be the only person watching the video, unless you do a fantastic job and I show the class to brag on you. You can go to Spanish Online Dictionary to hear the words you don't know how to pronounce (see helpful links on left side of blog). Just try your best. I just want to see how you sound speaking Spanish. That is the point. =)

when is the test for the verbs?
the verb quiz will not be for another week or week and a half. We will probably have a small quiz over pronouns and ser this week though just to see what we remember, what we do not. =)

I have done my verb flash cards and I have printed them out,but on my quizlet account it says that my account isn't confirmed yet and you set up my account and confirmed it with me before fall break, I don't understand why it still says it's not confirmed. Don't worry though I have done my flash cards! Can you tell my way its not confirmed yet?

Don't worry! Let's try to remember what email we used for your settings. Was it your school e-mail or your personal? You should have received an email from quizlet in there. If you did, click on the first link that email to confirm the account.
If you don't have the email, it have gone to spam depending on your email settings. If so, I will help you fix it. You can stop by my room tomorrow or Tuesday.
On Tuesday, I will have everyone just show me the cards, so if you can do that, you are fine. Otherwise, I will trust that if you are posting worried about it on your last day of Fall Break that you really did them. =)
Let's check the emails, and then if there is another problem we will solve it. I promise!

Can you try Imovie and do it there? Then export it as mobil or small?
